We purchased a 1967 brick ranch in Bogart, just outside of Athens in Oconee County. The biggest challenge for renovating this property was converting it from a 3/1.5 to a 3/2 and the shoring up on the flooring. We love the way it turned out. Click on the image to view the results.

Our first flip purchased in 2023 was a slightly distressed 2005 home in a nice little neighborhood about 10 miles to the north east of Athens. The renovation focus on paint and flooring plus some kitchen and bath updates. Click the image to view the results.
